Alexandru’s nice work explaining why it has been difficult to get symmetry breaking in slave-boson theories as well as how to fix this problem is now out. A nice work for building up a more realistic treatment of correlated electron systems via slave boson methods. DOI 10.1103/PhysRevB.96.165135
