“How correlated is the FeSe/SrTiO3 system?” published

Subhasish’s work on DFT+DMFT to understand the strength and effects on electronic correlations on the electronic properties of monolayer FeSe on SrTiO3.  Work was done in collaboration with Prof. Haule (Rutgers) and Prof. Zhang (Xi’An Jiatong).  The paper answer multiple key questions: the effect of correlations on the spectral functions (“band structure”), the anisotropic coherent energy and temperature scales for the system, and the connection between quasiparticle weights and structural distortion in the FeSe monolayer.  DOI 10.1103/PhysRevLett.119.067004
